We are just two Kettlebell fans, who are always looking for new challenges!
As the pandemic kicked in, I was unable to attend my favourite gym for a few months. I came up with the idea of a random-exercise generator app while I was working out at home with my own Kettlebells. Instead of throwing dice, or looking up papers and spreadsheets, this app can easily generate new, tailored and quite challenging sets to integrate in my workouts!
As an experienced gym rat and kettlebell trainer, we wanted to create exercise sets which are reasonably challanging, and not too easy either. We set up the repeat numbers and modifier multiptliers in a way that you will always be able to test your limits, or thank Fortuna for the occasional easier burden! Each exercise has a short video as a reminder, to let you focus on the Swinging!
